Welcome WT Grant Foundation Scholars and Grantees

This program is a collaboration between the Foundation and the UCLA Semel Institute's Fieldwork and Qualitative Data Research Laboratory. Through this service, Foundation scholars and grantees are provided access to mixed methods research resources and consultation. Please use the menu links to learn more about the history of this program, explore a range of mixed methods literature, and submit requests for personal one-on-one consultation. We are working continuously to improve this site's ease of use and the quality and breadth of the content provided. Gearing Up for th 2015 Mixed Methods Meeting--March 15th-17th

After last year's full capacity meeting, were in the beginning phases of organizing and communicating about the next mixed methods meeting to be hosted in Los Angeles, March 15th - 17th, 2015. For those who have not joined us in the past, this meeting is intended primarily for PIs and Co-PIs of Foundation-funded grants. Among the topics that have been addressed in the past include interview methods, coding and analysis, writing up and publishing mixed methods work, integration of qualitative and quantitative data, measure development (e.g.

Planning Materials for March 2014 Mixed Methods Meeting in Los Angeles

We are in the final planning stages for the lastest WT Grant sponsored meeting on mixed methods research hosted by the UCLA Center for Culture and Health.  By far the largest of these events to date and we are hoping everyone makes it safely to Los Angeles this coming weekend.  Attached here are the planned agenda and information on who will be attending and some of the success stories publishing mixed methods work that will be discussed.

We are looking forward to seeing you all in Santa Monica, CA March 18-19.  The meeting will begin with a dinner at 7pm on March 17th and will end on the 19th at 2:30pm. We will be meeting at the Sheraton Delfina (530 Pico Blvd, Santa Monica, CA 90405).
